We test drove a beautiful, new 2018 CRV. While we were driving the vehicle, Adam explained various features in an easy to understand manner, and made us feel comfortable about asking any questions we had about how to drive the car and use the various options. After we bought the car, and were about to drive it home, Adam went over the main features again, and sat inside to show us how to use everything on the console, including the phone connection and all. We left feeling very happy and satisfied that we had received a great deal. We felt everything was handled very professionally and very well. More

Paul worked very hard to help us resolve this issue which went on for several months due to the lending institution as they kept dropping the ball. Tyler helped me find the right car when all was said and done. Both worked very well as a team. We have been buying from Friendly Honda since the mid 90's. we will never go anywhere else as long as professional folks of this caliber work for Honda, we will continue to buy from this great dealership.
