Annoying I found the waiting area to essentially be a locker room for salesmen. Employees (salesmen, office, and technicians) enjoyed popcorn and drinks freely as if they were at home. We all can relate to coffee and a water cooler, but to me this comes across as unprofessional. The paper floor covering used during service was still in my vehicle when i got in it. Despite a prompt greeting in the service entrance and efficient write up of my work order, ill be moving on for further service of my vehicle. Great vehicles will only carry you so far. More
