Bad Experience I arrived to have an oil change and seat recall fixed on our Odyssey. I arrived a little after 9am, my appointment was at 9:15. I informed them when I I arrived to have an oil change and seat recall fixed on our Odyssey. I arrived a little after 9am, my appointment was at 9:15. I informed them when I scheduled the appointment and when I got there, I would be waiting (plus 3 of my young children). The employee who took my key and information told me it would "just a little over an hour". 10:30 am came and I took my kids to the service desk to see how much longer it would be. I needed to pick up my daughter at 11, but with my appointment at 9:15 there should have been plenty of time. After several minutes someone from the service center came and proceeded to tell me "your van has recalls on it", "your appointment was at 9:30", "they had to uninstall my car seats", and "it takes at least an hour and a half". All of these things were contradictory to what I was told prior and when I made my appointment - which was at 9:15, not 9:30 as also shown on the paperwork they gave me when I paid. I was never informed about the carseats and of course knew there was one recall - not multiple. My van sat there for 30 minutes before they even started on it, even though I was waiting there with 3 young kids and had a scheduled appointment. I ended up frantically trying to find someone to get my daughter for me, because by the time they finished my car and I reinstalled the car seats, it was 10:50am. Had I known it would take that long it be such an ordeal, I certainly wouldn't have scheduled it knowing I had to be somewhere else afterwards. The employees didn't go out of their way to help or even act friendly. I felt as though I was an inconvenience, and that is not the first visit I have felt that way. We decided that we will not be purchasing from this dealership in the future, as the majority of our dealings with them since our purchase have not been very positive. Thank you. More

The employees I encountered were polite and helpful, Amanda was especially pleasant. There was only one thing that could have enhanced my experience. We have a 2nd. car and when that car is taken to its dealership for service, it is washed before it is returned to us. Our Honda Civic was not washed. It would be an additional courtesy if you added a car washing to your service. The other dealership does this automatically and does not charge for this service. More
