I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your service visit. I understand that it can be frustrating when situations like this occur. Just so you know, we have what we call Express Service. This is available for customers who only need an oil change. The Express Service does not require an appointment. However, they do have to wait until the vehicles that had an appointment have been serviced. I am not sure if this is what happened with you, but when the parts department gets calls asking for prices they give only the price for the part and not the service as well. Batteries generally cost an additional $35 for installation. I am glad that the service tech was able to mostly accommodate the experience that you were expecting.
