Your salesman returned and said oh yeah I actually misquoted you on the price its $2,500 more. We asked if he could come down at least $1,000 and he didnt even blink a eye or check with anyone but said NO. So we walked away and he ( you) lost a sale. More
Poor Customer Service at Service Department I have called numerous times over the past two years to schedule maintenance on my Honda. If I had a different make of car I would not being going to I have called numerous times over the past two years to schedule maintenance on my Honda. If I had a different make of car I would not being going to Honda. The service department is grossly understaffed, which equates to poor customer service. Today, I tried to call four different times with a combine eight minutes of the phone ringing continuously. Good business practice should be answering a phone or placing a caller on hold within three rings! I called the operator and it took over 6 rings to answer and she stated that she’s probably at lunch and no one answers the phone. Really?!? Do you think during a lunch hour is when you may have high call volume? Susan needs to stay in the office and focus on her customers! More

Purchase of 2019 Accord Touring 2.0T Mark was very upfront about the entire process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable on the car and all its features. I did my research by comparing prices to competing dealers in the area, getting their best price, and presenting Mark with an offer. Mark and the sales team went above and beyond to meet my price. I would recommend Mark to anyone who does not want to play the stereotypical back-and-forth "games" with a salesman when buying a car. Honda of Illinois has received a lot of our family's business and this will continue into in the future. More
