I love my B RV, if you will, it's my car as well, and I'm tooling all around Northern Virginia loving every minute constantly saying to myself I'm 10 feet tall, 25 feet long, use diesel fuel and slow down to go wide at curbs. My First Experience Buying An RV I wanted to say a few words about my positive experience with FretzRV. I have bought many new cars, but this was my first experience purchasing an I wanted to say a few words about my positive experience with FretzRV. I have bought many new cars, but this was my first experience purchasing an RV. Because I am a neophyte RV-er and because I had heard that RV sales has a negative reputation, and because this is a rather expensive proposition, I agonized over this decision for many weeks. I knew very little about the process, and I had doubts about dealing with a company out of state. I emailed Al Papa dozens of times and he always answered my questions and stuck with it even though I must have seemed to be just a curious un-serious person. I know I was a “pain in the posterior.” I visited your facility a few days ago and was very impressed. Al is a very personable guy. Mary and I felt at ease with him from the start. He was very patient. He seemed kind and was genuinely interested in us. He even volunteered to bring water for our dog. I felt as if I was family. When it came to working with Brian Strampel, I was also very impressed. He was able to save us a lot of money and made it easy to purchase the Roadtrek camper, and to register it in New Jersey. I came away thinking, “This guy really knows his stuff.” Actually, this was the first time I’d ever purchased a vehicle where I was at ease and laughing during the process. I never regretted traveling the 89 miles one-way to your company, and I have no reservation in highly recommending you to anyone. Please give my regards to Al and Brian. Ps. I also loved your store. Very happy with Fretz! We are first time RVers and had done lots of research and visited several dealerships. We went to Fretz because we were interested in a Jayco and the We are first time RVers and had done lots of research and visited several dealerships. We went to Fretz because we were interested in a Jayco and there were two dealerships. One never called back but I got Mike Myers and he was very responsive and patient. After spending time with him and he answered so many of our questions, we were very comfortable with him and there was never any pressure. We bought a fifth wheel and at the same time ordered a Ford truck. The truck was supposed to come in first but was delayed. The Jayco came in right when they said it would. We could not pick it up because we had no truck but Fretz was great about the delay and even let us visit it! Dealing with Mike Myers and Brian Strampel was great. Would happily recommend them! More
