I have purchased half a dozen or so cars, and this has easily been the best experience so far. No pressure or shady tactics, everyone was straightforward and very nice. My car was actually missing floor mats in the back which I didn't realize until days later. The dealership had all the leverage, but still ordered me a brand new set free of charge.
