This is my 2nd service under Toyota 2 year / 24k miles covered service plan. It is my second time working with Yvonne Atalig, and she was very efficient from start to finish. I did not have an appointment. But 3 hours for regular service is not acceptable without a heads up. I was charged even though I was within the 2 year / 24k mile service period.
