I am so glad I got in touch with Raffi. He was honest and respectful and didn't waste my time. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle off the lot and I couldn't have asked fo He was honest and respectful and didn't waste my time. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle off the lot and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone that helped me out from the manager all the way to the Finance department was amazing. I just want to emphasize my experience with Raffi on how transparent he was with communication even after we settled on a good price. Over the weeks while I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered, he was actively keeping me up to date with any changes in the delivery time frame through text. You can definitely tell he cared about his customers as a person more than just a dollar amount sale. I wish I knew more people that are in the market for a Toyota just so I can refer them to Raffi. Thank you again for making this experiment so memorable and seamless for me. More
