Micky was very informative and made sure my concerns were addressed. He was great! The woman who booked my appointment was not very helpful. She could not give me a rough estimate of the time it would tak addressed. He was great! The woman who booked my appointment was not very helpful. She could not give me a rough estimate of the time it would take to get my car serviced. She insisted I need to talk to the service advisor. But then she wanted to know if my plans were to wait, use their Uber service, or have my own transportation. How am I supposed to answer that when she cannot tell me how long my car will take to be serviced! Very disappointing!! More

My appointment was at 10:30 AM. I got there a few minutes early and was told to wait in my car and at 10:45 I was helped. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. This is unacceptable. Either you need more technicians to work on the cars or more people to bring the cars to the technicians either way this needs addressing immediately.
