Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. Why they didn’t go tell her while she was in the lounge area waiting. They they said you can have a free complimentary car wash. When it was specifically requested not to wash the truck. More

Toyota Service Center Fremont CA is awesome! They provide excellent service. Maria Castillo is super helpful and caring as always.
