Appointment at 11am. Showed up and didn’t know what to do. Stood there for 10 minutes then finally went to ask someone what to do. After another 10 minutes finally found Showed up and didn’t know what to do. Stood there for 10 minutes then finally went to ask someone what to do. After another 10 minutes finally found someone who told me I was supposed to stay with my car. How was I supposed to know that?? Someone finally came to check me in around 11:30. Very confusing operation there. More
