Car was not ready at 2:30pm as promised and no call for updates for pickup time. It would have been nice to get a call instead of leaving me waiting. I had to call to find out what the new pickup time wo updates for pickup time. It would have been nice to get a call instead of leaving me waiting. I had to call to find out what the new pickup time would be. When dropped off I did specify I needed the car to be at my next appointment at 5pm. Car was dropped off at 11am and pickup was 4:30pm, barely got to my appointment on time. More
