Always a pleasant experience at Toyota. Maria is wonderful and always very efficient and positive. I appreciate Maria taking the time to explain what they are doing and what is needed so I know what to expect currently as well as the next time I bring my car in for maintenance. Maria is aways welcoming and enjoys her job! That in and of itself is a great reason to return time after time! Quality care is important to me and Maria provides that personal touch. So important these days as we arelosing the humanity in human interaction! It's always a good experience. When I see the indication light that maintanance is due, I know what to expect. Scheduling an appointment is very easy and hassle free. I also appreciate the follow up phone call that ask how everything went during my visit a couple days later. That makes the whole experience sucessful from beginning to end. More
