Brought my tundra in because I’m having issues with my seat cracking. Met with sales manager Mark. He was fantastic. Made me feel like I wasn’t alone. He knew exactly what I was talking about and was more seat cracking. Met with sales manager Mark. He was fantastic. Made me feel like I wasn’t alone. He knew exactly what I was talking about and was more than willing to assist me with the issues. He called the service dept and spoke to Bilal. Bilal was just as courtious. This pace is all about taking care of its people. They have both been in contact with me reassuring the problem will be handled. They ordered my parts and set my appt to my conveinance.
