It took 3h to do oil change even with an appointment. I asked the guy about the status after 2 h and the response was I will call you as soon as it is done. After all change, they did not put the engine cap on and we drove almost 400+ miles and I was all over in the engine. They did accept that mistake which is mentioned on the document they gave me, but they d we drove almost 400+ miles and I was all over in the engine. They did accept that mistake which is mentioned on the document they gave me, but they did not give me engine health test report as they claim that they did the health test, it’s a brand new car and they already ruin my engine. They already messed up a brand New engine and my car since then is not running fine. It makes a lot of noise and it takes a lot of power to run. I believe the engine is not good anymore since I don’t have the report for the engine they claimed they did check the engine, but I’m not sure they did not provide me any document which can show me that Engine is fine if they did not provide me the proper solution, I have to take the legal action against them. Since after making that mistake. They only put the new oil and filter that’s it and they did clean the engine, but the damage was made during that time to the engine is the diagnosed or not at least told me anything about that. I’ve have paid $6000 extra to Toyota Fremont as in markup. They already ripped me off when I bought that car and now after making this mistake the Brought me to the end of the tunnel driving this car without the engine oil cap on for four days, they put my life at risk. It could have taken the fire, which was obviously risk for my life and other people on the roads and I believe since there was no cap on an engine oil, and we drove like that I think it has already reduced the life of the engine because when you are driving without proper oil in the engine or the low engine Oil it definitely hurts the engine. I hope they have some proper solution for me either they provide me the other vehicle or find some other solution because I am not comfortable driving this vehicle anymore because I already mentioned the car is been taking too much and making too much noise the engine is turning on again and again this is that the hybrid engine turns on all the time even when is parked I could continue on and on, but thank you. More
