70k Service was ok, however, when I met the consultant, I was told the service would take 2 hrs. In the end, the service took 4 hrs. This was after I reached out to the service advisor at the 3 hr and 45 m was told the service would take 2 hrs. In the end, the service took 4 hrs. This was after I reached out to the service advisor at the 3 hr and 45 minute mark. Only then did he investigate and advise it would be done in 15min. The service advisor should have been more proactive in monitoring completion, instead of me asking first. More

Moreover, the trade in price was also lower than what Rick presented to me. I felt the finance person was not transparent to me, and I didn't pay attention to the details because there was many places to sign on the contract.
