This was our very first time buying a brand new vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was all thanks to Raffi. I've spoken to at least 4 different salesman from various Toyotas in N We couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was all thanks to Raffi. I've spoken to at least 4 different salesman from various Toyotas in NorCal and Raffi provided the best experience. Some other salesman were poor listeners and didn't seem to hear what it was we were looking for and tried to force options we weren't considering on us. Meanwhile, Raffi listened and made great suggestions. He worked WITH us throughout the process. After giving us time to search and discuss privately, he circled back with us. Perhaps it was the space and time he gave us that made us feel ready. The budget I set was about 5k lower than what we ended up purchasing the truck for. When I used a formula from some dealer, the true value was also about 2k less than what the deal came out to be. I believe because he didn't pressure us, it allowed us to have time to really decide if we wanted to spend more to get the additional features. We finally came to a deal really late at night, which was not ideal for either parties. I ask A LOT of questions and repeated my questions because lack of understanding and Raffi was absolutely patient. He showed no frustration and didn't make me feel rushed even though it was passed closing. I felt bad he lost hours away from his family but I was too anxious taking on more debt and wanted to make sure everything was right. Raffi made sure the tank was full and the truck was detailed. He could see I was a bit nervous heading to the lot so he even offered to back the truck up for me. He explained some basic functions of the truck before I left. It was already passed 10PM so I didn't wait to inspect the truck. When I got home, I saw smudges around the truck. I texted him and he said he would help take care of it.
