Overall I was slightly disappointed with the service on Friday. I would like to request if you could provide me better time estimates going forward. Initially I was not given an approx. time when the car will be ready , and even when I checked in a few times in-between, I was told that the car will be ready in 5 minutes every time. In actuality, it took way more than one and half hours before the car got ready and that too 'mini-detailing' was not done. So it took another 45 minutes for that. Further it could be seen that the mini-detailing work was not done thoroughly either. More

Nick wasn’t available but Lori took the service. Came in with an issue with transmission, couldn’t replicate the issue. I have purchased half a dozen or so cars, and this has easily been the best experience so far. No pressure or shady tactics, everyone was straightforward and very nice.
