Fremont Toyota had excellent pricing, which is why I purchased from them. Unfortunately, the process took hours longer than prior car purchases I made because information was withheld until I arrived at purchased from them. I had follow up questions after the transaction on vehicle functionality, and the sales person told me they would get back to me with an answer and did not do so. Overall, pricing was my most important factor, but they could work on customer service—especially tightening up the car buying paperwork process—which took hours! More
