First class We found the vehicle online on a visit to my family. Drove to Scottsbluff on a chance. Drove on the lot and to the vehicle. First class guy not pushy, not demanding, looked the vehicle over, he got a plate and told us to go drive it. We fell in love with it! Came back to dealership & started the process of purchasing our new vehicle. This is were things got a little redundant!! Classic drag their feet take their time. Once the sales manager came out I believe his name was Mark he pulled the classic snake in the grass! Mark was kind of demeaning, acted like we didn't know what we were talking about especially my wife. She asked the question about what they were giving us for our trade in. He popped off very demeaning that's what it books for which was about $3000 behind rough trade in. This was a 2012 dodge Durango with only 45,000 miles on it yes it had hail damage, yes it needed a window, but had very low miles, brand new tires & has been taken care of at a dealership since brand new every service. I am a service manage at another dealership so the vehicle was in top shape other than the hail damage & windshield. Mark kept with his stance so my wife said we are done & we got up to leave. Mark demanded why we were done! we left it at such and left. On are way back to my families place we received a call from Christian the internet sales man he was busy with a customer when we were there & I didn't know my wife had sent in an internet lead. Christian talked to us asked us what they needed to do to make the deal so I told him he said they would be able to but we needed to fill out credit application, so he sent it to us we filled it out sent it back & 15 minutes later he called us back said we were approved. We cleaned the Durango out & headed back down, got to the dealership about 7:45 pm, we walked into the finance department about 8:00 & walked out of the dealership at about 9:15pm with our new Expedition. I feel we got a solid deal with pretty good rates and we are completely satisfied with our purchase. Big thank you to Josh & Christian for their professionalism & down right friendliness. To Mark the sales manager shame on you learn how to deal with both men and women & be a little more attentive to listening instead of pushing your agenda! I have been in the car business 20 years this year & I don't think I have ever been treated so unprofessionally especially to my wife as Mark did. But thanks to the other 3 and their non pushy approach we a completely satisfied!!Christian Herrington went above & beyond the call of duty to save the sale on our vehicle!!! KOODOS to Christian!!! I called in & asked for the one guy I knew & as it turns out, there is now more than one guy there with that name but this "stranger" mentioned a particular vehicle & when I finally made it in 3 weeks later, that vehicle was still there. It also just happened to be the one that I picked out on the first Sunday that I drove through the lot! More

Christian, my car salesman, even offered to pick me up nearly 2 hrs away (Cheyenne) just to make my trip easier. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues. More
