We couldn't get a large car or van to rent, so the service manager (Rich Johnston) gave us their courtesy vehicle to use while they fixed our RV. Thanks to them, we were able to have a vacation before returning to pick-up the repaired RV. Rich and his staff went above and beyond our expectations and gave us some faith in Ford again. If we lived in this area, we would deal with Rich and Fremont exclusively. More

Cannot beat this Dealership Mr. Phil Brooker is the best. He did an excellent job of getting us into our lease at a price we can afford. We moved to Kansas and the local Ford Dealership made little effort to get our business. We have leased with Ford for six years. When we told them what we were willing to pay, the terms they gave us were $150 to $250 more than what we have now with no money down. Their attitude was this is the best we can do, sorry. Mr. Brooker did what the Kansas Dealership could not because he took the time. On top of it, it was over the Labor Day weekend. He went above and beyond our expectations. Although I live in another State, I will continue to do business with Fremont Motors for our leasing needs. More

When I received the new contract in the mail, it had changed unbeknownst to me. I called them and they spent the time to explain the changes. There are many horror stories out there of wheeling and dealing and getting taken advantage of. This is absolutely not so with my experience at Fremont Motors in Scottsbluff. I entered their showroom an hour and a half before closing. I was greeted warmly and the sales person (Christian) sorted through what my problem was and what kind of transportation I was looking for. With a low key approach, he showed me several possibilities and we test drove several. Two hours after closing, I walked out the door to my new used vehicle, feeling very confident that I was well taken care of. One month later, I am very happy with my car, the service they provided, and the financing they helped me obtain fit well within my budget. Thanks again Fremont Motors! I highly recommend you to everyone. More
