I was shocked at the astounding customer service that I experienced, having been offered a beverage and having the general manager getting involved in the transaction as well. At the other store I visited, it was a hassle to even get in to see a manager concerning the issues I was having. I didn't feel pressured into buying a certain type of vehicle, I didn't feel rushed, and I felt that I could really trust the employees at the Scottsbluff Fremont dealership.
