Then, through various personal traumas with my partner and I, our financial situation changed, and we needed to make further lifestyle/financial changes. I used to hate buying a car because I knew it was a difficult, long, drawn out process with lots of frustration. Since Phil has taken over the ford dealership at Scottsbluff, my husband and I have purchased 5 new vehicles from him. We trust Phil, Cal, Christian and they have never let us down. They live customer service. All of our vehicle service takes place at Fremont also. We feel like we always get a good deal and the customer service can't be beat. Thanks guys I love my new Explorer!
