2015 Wrangler Unlimited Willys Wheeler I had been looking at a Jeep for about a month. Needed a vehicle I could easily tow 4 wheels down behind a motorhome and this seemed to be the best ch I had been looking at a Jeep for about a month. Needed a vehicle I could easily tow 4 wheels down behind a motorhome and this seemed to be the best choice for me as many of the newer vehicles can't be towed like this without some modifications I didn't care for. Also being in Wyoming and loving the outdoors it was a perfect fit for me. After hours of internet shopping I decided to purchase locally and the dealer having the model I was looking for was a no brainer for me. I could have gotten a better price out of state, but decided to keep my money local. After hearing some horror stories of friends having trouble with local dealers, (ie warranty work) after purchasing out of state, it played part in my decision. I hope Fremont Motors won't let me down. More

2014 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman We originally went in to look at used 1/2 ton trucks to replace a 3/4 ton truck we didn't have a need for anymore. The dealership had decent used inve We originally went in to look at used 1/2 ton trucks to replace a 3/4 ton truck we didn't have a need for anymore. The dealership had decent used inventory for what we were thinking, and then we saw a half-ton Megacab at their Riverton store that intrigued us. Fremont had the truck shipped down to Rock Springs for us to check out. The truck had a few imperfections that would be common on a vehicle with 80,000 miles, however we were unable to come to an agreement on price as I thought $29,000 was a bit too high and we passed on the vehicle. The salesman was professional during the process and didn't seem to hold our decision against us, and he continued to work with us on other possible options. When I purchase vehicles, I'm in no particular hurry to make the deal. My wife and I were checking out vehicles at other dealerships, getting an idea for what else might be available, when Ryan (sales manager) asked if I had thought about purchasing a brand new truck. I told him that I had, and had already generated a control number, but I didn't feel like spending that kind of cash. He explained the rebates that were currently being offered on the SLT Ram pickups and combining that with my Partner Plan discount of 1% under dealer invoice, I could be into a brand-new truck for a few thousand more than the used truck we were looking at. When all was said and done, we ended up really liking the new truck and the price of that truck, and had a great experience with this dealership. We did run into a recall with the coolant hoses and the new 150,000 mile coolant. Apparently there is a reaction with a bad batch of hoses that causes a terrible smell. I contacted the dealership about this and they got my truck into the shop right away and gave us a new Chrysler 200C as a loaner until the truck was repaired. It took about a week for all the parts to come in, but the dealership did not mess with us at all. Looking at the internet, there were a lot of dealerships that refused to acknowledge the problem existed, and there are a lot of unhappy customers out there. What a shame. I also ordered a shell through Fremont to be installed on the truck. The shell actually came in yesterday after right around five weeks from order (which was expected.) They drove the shell down from Lander to install it on to my truck. The installer was a super-nice guy and didn't mind that I was watching over his shoulder while he was working on the wiring. He was very detailed and thorough, which I certainly appreciated. Unfortunately, when they went to put the shell on, we discovered that the wrong size shell had been ordered. Darnit! They have ordered another shell and hopefully it will be in soon. More
