The dealership had decent used inventory for what we were thinking, and then we saw a half-ton Megacab at their Riverton store that intrigued us. Fremont had the truck shipped down to Rock Springs for us to check out. The truck had a few imperfections that would be common on a vehicle with 80,000 miles, however we were unable to come to an agreement on price as I thought $29,000 was a bit too high and we passed on the vehicle. The salesman was professional during the process and didn't seem to hold our decision against us, and he continued to work with us on other possible options. When I purchase vehicles, I'm in no particular hurry to make the deal. My wife and I were checking out vehicles at other dealerships, getting an idea for what else might be available, when Ryan (sales manager) asked if I had thought about purchasing a brand new truck. I told him that I had, and had already generated a control number, but I didn't feel like spending that kind of cash. He explained the rebates that were currently being offered on the SLT Ram pickups and combining that with my Partner Plan discount of 1% under dealer invoice, I could be into a brand-new truck for a few thousand more than the used truck we were looking at. When all was said and done, we ended up really liking the new truck and the price of that truck, and had a great experience with this dealership. We did run into a recall with the coolant hoses and the new 150,000 mile coolant. Apparently there is a reaction with a bad batch of hoses that causes a terrible smell. I contacted the dealership about this and they got my truck into the shop right away and gave us a new Chrysler 200C as a loaner until the truck was repaired. It took about a week for all the parts to come in, but the dealership did not mess with us at all. Looking at the internet, there were a lot of dealerships that refused to acknowledge the problem existed, and there are a lot of unhappy customers out there. What a shame. I also ordered a shell through Fremont to be installed on the truck. The shell actually came in yesterday after right around five weeks from order (which was expected.) They drove the shell down from Lander to install it on to my truck. The installer was a super-nice guy and didn't mind that I was watching over his shoulder while he was working on the wiring. He was very detailed and thorough, which I certainly appreciated. Unfortunately, when they went to put the shell on, we discovered that the wrong size shell had been ordered. Darnit! They have ordered another shell and hopefully it will be in soon. More

ALL the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Allen arranged an alignment for me, and had the Jeep detailed before we took it home. They were fair with me on our trade. I will be going back for sure. More
Purchase of 2013 Sierra 1500 First I think the communication between your sales person and myself was adequate, but I had also sent him an email that was VERY SPECIFIC on the prod First I think the communication between your sales person and myself was adequate, but I had also sent him an email that was VERY SPECIFIC on the products that I wanted added which included a over the rail spray in bed liner and a 2.5 " leveling/lift kit from Rough Country. The spray in liner (tough liner) I am more the PLEASED with and am impressed with the quality. The second item (leveling/Lift kit) was a major disappointment. What did I really get? A Trail-master leveling kit that online cost $90 with a rebate of up to $30, maybe $60 total in this product, and no paper work of the measurements before or after the alignment. On the Trail Master web site they provide this form for easy printing, YET I DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF (PAPERWORK) OF THIS DEALERSHIP INSTALLED KIT IF THERE BECOMES A PROBLEM. Also, by email I had mentioned the above items and the price was agreed upon that the bed liner would be $400 and the Leveling/Lift kit from Rough Country would be the price that is found on their website of $150. Labor for installation was negotiated in as no cost to the buyer (myself). Being satisfied with this agreement the transaction was completed. I would not recommend this dealership after this experience, but what is really disappointing is that not only did they lose one customer (myself) they also lost the possibility of my son purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. And for what? Less that $100 to purchase and install the requested leveling/ lift kit. More

We looked at new Toyotas at Lander but, as we are getting older, wanted to buy a vehicle in Rock Springs, so, we decided on Fremont Rock Springs. Also, we've known Dennis for a long time and trust him. I put the price as OK because dealers don't deal much on Jeeps and we knew that going in. More

All who I dealt with did a great job, I appreciate that as I am a very particular person! I like the fact when I visited with the Tech and told him I was very particular about the way I want things done on as I am a very particular person! I like the fact when I visited with the Tech and told him I was very particular about the way I want things done on my vehicle he laughed and said he was also very particular the way things are done! I brought my car in for warranty work and my car was severely keyed while they had it. The company took no action to resolve the issue on there own and didn't ever want to have a police report done unti severely keyed while they had it. When I talked to the service manager he laughed at my complaint that I wasn't happy about my car needing to be repainted saying "what do you want??? A new car?" After several calls they are only willing to pay for my deductible if I turn it into my insurance. I don't feel that it should be my insurance company's and definitely not mine to resolve the issue. Fremont should take full responsibility for damage that happens when my car was in there hands. Dirty business practices. Follow up letter from the general manager said that they are not responsible for any damage that happens on there lot and I should be happy that they are willing to pay my deductible. More
