Their lack of customer service is unfortunate I purchased my car in a different town from another dealership, but they didn't have the Jeep that I wanted. The dealership located my Jeep on the Fremont lot. My parents and I drove up to pick it up, partially because my parents were going to look at trucks while we were there. When we arrived the main building was under construction, so we went into the trailer that is being used as their temporary building. When we walked into the sales office the girl at the front desk didn't even look up from her cell phone to greet us. A guy, I'm assuming a salesman, eventually said, "What do you ladies need?" I explained that we were there to pick up my new vehicle. The man just said, "Oh." He got up walked into another office (in ear shot) and told another guy, "there's someone here to pick up a car?" The guy from the second office came out and handed me keys and said, "it's parked out there." I understand that I didn't actually buy my car from them, but I did expect them to at least be friendly. Fortunately I brought my own screw driver to put the temporary plate on, as I was able to remove the dealer plate that has their logo on it. My mom took it in and gave them the plate ball and expressed that we would not be keeping that because of their poor customer service and the guy was uncaring and rude again. We went next door to Whisler to look at trucks for my parents, the people at that dealership were very friendly. My advice is to go to Whisler to shop for a vehicle in Rock Springs. I can't say who I worked with, because I never heard a name out of any of them. I can't submit the review unless I pick am employee, so I picked a manager so they would hopefully see this. More
only two reasons I didn't like that noone would tell me the price of the vehicle till i was signing paper work. Second reason i asked to have taxes figured in to my loan and was told no which is really hard for a average guy to hand over 4000 in a down payment then go spend another 2000 because they wouldnt even try for me. An absolutely phenomenal experience I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. My wife and I needed to upgrade our truck to a large pickup in order to pull a new fifth-wheel we w I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. My wife and I needed to upgrade our truck to a large pickup in order to pull a new fifth-wheel we were considering. We started this search sometime in late February. I was hoping to get away with simply stepping up to a 3/4 or one-ton pickup, but when we mentioned the possible weights of the trailers we were looking at Ryan knew right off the top of his head that we would need a shorter gear ratio and a dually. He took the time to pull up the information, and sure enough, he was right. We started off thinking we would be fine with an SLT, but couldn't decide which of the higher gear ratios or transmissions we wanted to get based on the way they would drive and fuel economy. (And the fact that the Aisin transmission is an extra $3000) If a truck came in that had a different combination that we wanted to drive, Ryan had no problem letting us take it for a spin, even if it was several trim packages higher than what we were originally wanting. There was never any pressure in any capacity to make a purchase or order a special truck. Unfortunately for us, driving these Laramie trucks compared to the SLT's caused us to have a change of heart as to the trim level we would be getting. We absolutely adore the Laramie Longhorn. Looking at all the options, I was very intrigued with the factory air assist. While intrigued, I wanted to take one for a test drive to see if it made a difference in unloaded ride quality before we ordered our truck. Eventually I was able to find a dually equipped with the factory air suspension and I didn't notice the difference or the ride, and neither did the salesman that rode with me. I made the decision that we did not need the air ride and that I would be ordering our new truck the following week. Pulling into Rock Springs I decided to swing by the dealership to see if they had received any new trucks in my two-week absence and to let Ryan know we would be making an order. It just so happens that they had just taken delivery of an absolutely beautiful red and gold Laramie Longhorn MegaCab Dually with the Cummins diesel, Aisin transmission, 3.73 gears, the fifth-wheel prep package, and NO SUNROOF. (I've had a sunroof on all my trucks. Definitely a waste of money as I never use the things. So this is a positive) Basically the truck was optioned out perfectly with the exception that I didn't care to have the CD player or the automatic wipers/auto-dim headlamps. Not a big deal. The truck had literally just been delivered and the plastic wrap was still on all the seats, but Ryan took me out to look at it anyway (did I mention it was in the middle of a storm?) and again- NO PRESSURE! We brought the truck home yesterday. Ryan and Bill were extremely competitive in their pricing and gave us a great deal on our trade. We are incredibly happy with our experience and will be purchasing our next vehicle from Fremont as well. More

The best in the country, Not a lie! Hi I Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Fremont Motors Inc in Rock Springs WY I had literally contacted 25 dealerships from California "w Hi I Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Fremont Motors Inc in Rock Springs WY I had literally contacted 25 dealerships from California "where i live" all the way as far back as Chicago and Ohio to find the best deal in the country. Best deal for a brand new car was my Goal Every dealership i delt with had the Word "NO" in their vocabulary. Mind you, i was being super aggressive with my pricing. way way below MSRP. thats all ill say about that! These other dealerships were xxxx bent on racking me over the coals and were not being respectful of my knowledge of How to close a great price on a car, my great credit score which enables me to get a low apr% on a purchase and my understanding of what a good deal looks like. Even for an in demand SUV like the Jeep SRT, I dealt with BoB Baker "fleet sales" and Bill White GM of the dealership. I have never met either guy and they were talking to me as if they knew me for years. they never undermined me, never made me feel like a kid @40 yrs old and they let me be the boss and call the shots. Bob and I were pretty close on price but i though there was more room in the deal and i simply asked to speak to the decision maker. without skipping a beat, he said heres Bill White GM, ask him yourself. wow a GM thats not afraid to get on the phone and close the deal. Thats impressive and thats what closed the deal. Once again He said yes. Bob came back on the phone and said,... well that was easy! it was easy because these guys want to sell cars not hold on to them like some of these other amateurs. long story short they had the car i wanted, they gave me the price and they new how to close a deal. good for them. Grant Cardone would be proud. By the way they gave me a door to door delivery on a flatbed from Wy to CA at an awesome price one day after i closed the deal and mailed them a check for the deposit. The flatbed driver was the coolest 75 yr "old school" former race car drivers named Roger. we drove the SRT for an hour straight testing it out. to make sure it was perfect, and it was. The car was exactly how Fremont described it."not a scratch on it" from my experience nobody has the ability to travel 20hr w a car on one day notice, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a transport like this done. so happy right now it was my pleasure to write this. hope it helps anyone that reviews dealerships before their purchase. all the best Rob More

Dream Car I have dealt with Dennis in the past. And he always got me into what I wanted. But this visit was the visit that made it all come true. I have talked I have dealt with Dennis in the past. And he always got me into what I wanted. But this visit was the visit that made it all come true. I have talked to Dennis and the rest of the staff about my dream car. The 1970 Hemi Cuda and the Dodge Challenger. I had just bought a 2009 Challenger a few months ago. Very nice car. On this visit I want in to talk to Dennis about a problem I was having with my truck. Dennis help me with the problem by setting up a service appointment. Then it all came true. Dennis showed me some pictures of a car he had just took in on trade. It wasn't the 1970 Cuda. But it was the next best thing. It was a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Yellow Jacket. I wanted this car. A few days later I took my truck in for the service work and went in to talk to Dennis. I had come up with a deal to get the car I wanted. My deal was. I was going to trade in my 2014 truck and my 2009 Challenger for the 2010 challenger and a use truck. I then talked to Dennis and Ryan together. They would not do the deal. They would not take my truck in on trade. Witch I was ok with. Reason being is my truck was paid for and it. So I told them to see what they could do with the Challenger. With in a few hours I was the proud owner of my Dream Car. Thanks to a lot of hard work the sales stuff at Fremont Motors. And I still have my truck. More
