Bought a new car I was shopping for a "new to me" car. Tony and Brooke were exceptionally helpful with this. Tony helpful me get pre-approved while Brooke was emailing I was shopping for a "new to me" car. Tony and Brooke were exceptionally helpful with this. I don't use credit cards, so my credit looked pretty dismal and I really didn't think I would be approved. But Tony worked his magic, I was approved, we made an appointment to shop for a vehicle. I test drove a few of the cars I had checked out by email, but my heart settled on the 2015 FORD Fiesta. Tony, Brooke, and the finance mgr. got me a loan for an unbelievable low interest rate and I drove home that day in the car I fell in love with in the first twenty minutes on their lot!!! I can't thank them enough for the wonderful help they gave, the personal attention to every detail, and the fun they turned (what I had expected to be a very dismal day of shopping) the day into for me!! We scheduled an appointment on 7/18/15 to explore more options. I provided Conrad with my wishlist and he found the truck that matched my wishlist from another Fremont dealership. Conrad and his manager sent an employee to the other dealership to bring the truck back to Lander. I thought my first-time (on my own) car-buying experience was fantastic! Conrad made me feel welcome and like a valued customer. Fremont Motors made me a great deal on my F-150 and got a decent trade-in value for my well-taken care of Dodge Durango. After the sale he made some follow up calls to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. When my wife picked up the jeep they showed her how to take the top off the jeep and store the 2 front panels in the back and how all the equipment worked. A week after we purchased we noticed that our neighbor that had purchased a similar jeep a month earlier that ours had many more extras standard. My jeep came with sound dampening in the top, grab handles all around and a warn recovery kit my neighbor didn't get any of these. More
