Vechile Breakdown Truck triggered DEF warning light that it needed service while on vacation. Stopped into Fremont Motors in Lander Wyoming and was informed the catalytic converter was bad and needed to be replaced on Tuesday. Posts were on back order and the service adviser Trent did a wonderful job working with Chrysler to get past and be back on the road on Friday. Fremont Motors is wonderful to work with and sympathic to the fact we were from Wisconsin and needed to return timely. 5000 mile service I received a reminder letter to arrange for a service appointment for a 5000 mile oil change. The Service Advisor got me in very quickly at my convenience (I live in Thermopolis). When I arrived, I explained that I also needed the transmission module checked. The Service department went right to work; got my vehicle all set for winter, checked the tires, checked my transmission and washed all the bugs off. Totally pleased with the service and the time spent checking out my concerns. I was also offered coffee, water, snacks, and the remote in order to switch channels on the TV for my comfort while I waited. More

Very satisfied I was torn between two brands of truck. They set me up to drive both back to back which really helped me decide for myself. The place to buy! We were looking to replace our 2005 F-150 with a 2016 F-150. Had done some research on the internet, but still couldn't make up our mind. Went up to F We were looking to replace our 2005 F-150 with a 2016 F-150. Had done some research on the internet, but still couldn't make up our mind. Went up to Fremont Motors in Lander on a weekend and compared F-150's and F-250's from the selection they had in stock. Decided after looking at F-250's to use Ford's build and price tool on the internet to spec the model we wanted. Called and then visited with Rory Robinson and Tony Cornelio. They looked far and wide and could not find the exact vehicle we wanted anywhere, so we ordered one direct from the factory from them. We had priced this same spec vehicle in both Casper and Rock Springs. Fremont here in Lander beat the other dealership's prices hands down. I am a firm believer in buying local, but when you purchase something that costs like a new pickup does, you need to shop for the best price and service. It pleases us greatly to know that Fremont Motors really does serve us, the buying public. Thank you. More
