The only one who was helpful was the general Manager ( he was great). Poor service department and the service manager was the least helpful of all. Our 2019 Explorer Sport begin to lag as we accelerated, just as we got on the road for a two week road trip. We called a couple of dealerships as we passed through different states; and heard a solid “no”, just as we got on the road for a two week road trip. But not Fremont Ford, we spoke with Todd and David, and Dale was the mechanic. These guys got us in and out within an hour. Back on the road .
