No excuses Service was great at first then after the purchase was final it went to crap. The sales guy actually said we were his fifth sale of the day. Then blamed it on us coming in at closing and having to rush thru everything. Regardless of the timing, If the vehicle was on the lot for sale it should have been ready to go, no excuses! This was supposed to be an excited day for us which has turned into a pain. I will leave names out as not to offend anyone but to say it was pleasant process would be a lie. Corey in finance was amazing though. Thank you for taking time out of your night to make things happen for us. But we will never used Fremont again. More

Plus they changed prices on me on a vehicle one day to the next. You didn't which was a surprise. Even after I checked Kelly blue on the cost for this vehicle which was lower than what you were asking, I still feel good about my buy and experience with your dealership. Thanks again and I will be back in the future to see if things are the same. I would like to update my wife's truck but it would need to be a great deal for her.
