My second experience with Fremont I went to the dealership simply to see what was available. Justin was the first salesman I encountered and I was very impressed. I explained that I was looking for a newer car that had the same features as my current car: turbo, XM radio, heated seats, sunroof, etc. He was very laid back and not pushy in the least. I also explained that i was just shopping, not really intending to buy. If he had tried to push me, I would have left. BUT he did find me the perfect car, in the perfect price range. How could I resist? He was very helpful and nice. The biggest problem was the slowness of the paperwork.....it took forever, it seemed. I was there for hours. Plus, I will have to return to pick up the owner's manual and extra key because it needs to be sent down from Sheridan. That doesn't seem right. More

Worst service ever!!! My 2011 Ford Fusion went in for a grinding noise. I assumed brakes so they so called diagnosed it and I replaced the pads all the way around the car. My 2011 Ford Fusion went in for a grinding noise. I assumed brakes so they so called diagnosed it and I replaced the pads all the way around the car. Had the car for a week grinding noise comes back. They so called diagnosed it again and tell me that they pulled the drive shaft out and the noise went away. After replacing that picked up the car a month later had it for 2 days and with my 10 yr old and my 2 month granddaughter in the car I lose my brakes exiting the interstate. Come to find out the caliper came completely off and I lost all my brake fluid. I have spent over $1200 for repairs that we're totally unnecessary. Thank you Fremont for putting me and others in danger and for the constant lying . More
