They are fair and not afraid to make the customer happy..I know I am! More
I heard about the recall on the seatbelt on the TV. I went in for the free recall service and had an oil change and a wheel alignment done at the same time. I also bought new tires. We were referred to Freeway Chevrolet by someone that had bought a new Chev 1/2 ton and was very pleased with the way he was handled. We bought a 2009 Chev Impala to leave in Arizona so we can just fly in at any time and fly home when we are ready. Aaron Ray sold us the car,the sales manager we think was Jay, sales agreement manager says Stan morton and Jay Zomlefer. They all made the buying very easy and uncomplicated and both my wife and I felt a pleasure. We have bought a lot of cars back in Canada all new and were prepared to look for days to find a used car here. We bought from the first dealership we went to. We returned a couple of days later to get a second ignition key cut and another remote door opener fob. We spoke to Aaron, the Salesmanager,Jay and all recognized us and helped us go to service department to complete this request. The friend that referred us to Freeway and ourselves all agree this dealership scores 100% on professionalism, friendlines and ease of doing business. We feel that we have made new friends and look forward to our next visit. We definetly would recommend Freeway to everyone. Best regards, Don and Jean Smith Maricopa,AZ. More

Chris Esquer has provided service for my 1995, 2005, and 2008 Tahoes. He has been very straight forward with us on all of our repairs, and has always provided a friendly yet business type interface. The 2008 Tahoes. He has been very straight forward with us on all of our repairs, and has always provided a friendly yet business type interface. The difference between Chris and most service constultants I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships, is his willingness to admit if the service department makes a "mistake". All mechanics, regardless of qualifications, are capable of making mistakes. In the many times we have had our vehicles in for service, the rate of mistakes has been relatively low. But it is refreshing, when a mistake is made to have the service consultant take ownership for it and correct the problem. I am an engineer that worked on all my vehicles when I was younger. Although far from having the expertise of the service personnel at the dealership, or the understanding of the GM products that they have, I appreciate having my questions answered with an explanation that makes sense. Chris has always managed to take time to do this, and work through questions I have. Thanks, Mark More
Bill Moorehouse was fantastic. He was honest and straight forward with us. We had looked at another dealership but found Bill to be a great representative of Chevy and the dealership so we returned straight forward with us. He made a difficult decision easier by giving us space and time to talk and he answered every question or found someone who could. The entire "dealership" experience was smooth. More
Service is great, though I have been extremely unhappy with the vehicle that I purchased (2006 Silverado). On the second transmission, though I have never towed anything, and the third tailgate handle (t with the vehicle that I purchased (2006 Silverado). Rodger is outstanding. GM has a problem with the blower motor resistor and pig tail assembly. I have purchased 5 trucks all 2007 Silverado’s and all have had the problem. The one I just brought into Freewa motor resistor and pig tail assembly. I have purchased 5 trucks all 2007 Silverado’s and all have had the problem. The one I just brought into Freeway was out of warranty and I was going to repair myself. However, the cable an and connector alone is $107.00. I asked about GM taking responsibility and they had not. I called GM and they tell me they have no record of the problem and no recall has been done. I explained that every person at the dealership is aware of this ongoing problem. And in fact the parts guy said they had about 20 parts in stock to take care of the many failures they are seeing on a regular basis. I originally stopped at Checker to purchase the part but they do not carry it. However, they were aware of the problem. I think GM handles this issue under warranty most times and therefore no one is tracking it. Anyway Rodger knew what was going on and handled the repair as customer goodwill. SO many times we complain about service. It is nice to recognize an employee of Freeway Chevrolet for outstanding customer service. Please! Please! Please!! Let Rodger know that I am truly thankful for his help. Sincerely, Michael Callison More
