thi is the second time i've tried to answer this review,if you cut me off again i won'continue.i took my car in to freeway chevy because the heater was stuck on cold.they worked on the car for a few review,if you cut me off again i won'continue.i took my car in to freeway chevy because the heater was stuck on cold.they worked on the car for a few hrs.and found out that the thermostat was sticking.they did a good job making the repairs.it's working okay now.Rich. I really liked dealing with Mark. I was also dealing with Jim Rule and I must say that he isn't a pleasent person to deal with. I would happily recommend Mark, but will not recommend Jim. For years I've been taking my vehicles over to Big O Tires to be serviced. The biggest reason was convience, it's about 1/2 mile from my house. After having them mess up my wifes car as well as trying Tires to be serviced. The biggest reason was convience, it's about 1/2 mile from my house. After having them mess up my wifes car as well as trying to sell us tires (they were only 6 months old and Big O was suppose to rotate them every time we brought the cars in, but didn't), I decided to try Freeway. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Customer Service was excellent. Vinny greeted me like I was an old friend, walked me through what the tech would do to my vehicle and how long it would take. He then followed up with the findings and informed me when the car would be ready. And then to find my van sparkling from being washed was over the top! Vinny did an outstanding job and you have a new customer with 3 vehicles that will be service @ Freeway from now on. More
I enjoy working with Chris E. I just bought a new Silverado and am happy with it, but not with one of the two sales guys I dealt with. Mark Orio was awesome and I will/would deal with him again as w Silverado and am happy with it, but not with one of the two sales guys I dealt with. Mark Orio was awesome and I will/would deal with him again as well as recommend him to family and friends. However, I will/would not deal with Jim Rule again nor would I recommend him to anyone. He didn't listen to anything I said and said things to me that were just plain old BS!! More
Attempted to schedule my service appointment online but received no confirmation. After 2 days, I contacted the dealership via an email to John Friedman. He informed me that he had not received my online received no confirmation. After 2 days, I contacted the dealership via an email to John Friedman. He informed me that he had not received my online request but would be more than happy to schedule my maintenance on the date I requested. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, there was no record of my scheduled appointment on file. A gentleman did, however, greet me warmly, ask me if I needed help and escort me to a service advisor (Vincent Cantara). Vincent Cantara was finishing up paperwork when I was escorted into his office. After a few moments, he asked for my maintenance requests. I told him it was my first scheduled oil change but that I would also like to have my tires rotated and the nitrogen levels checked since I had to add air previously. He took my information and service certificate and lead me to the waiting area. I did not mention that my emails to John Friedman included servicing of my back window, which is making a poping sound when opened. I did not want to wait even longer for service since it was clear no one was expecting me. After an hour wait in the lounge, I was informed my Vincent that my service was complete, my car was being washed and that I could check out at the cashier counter at my convenience. The cashier was very friendly and upon reaching my car, I was asked for my check-out slip to verify ownship of the vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the service that was completed. I was frustrated by my inability to schedule an appointment online and that I did not specify my concerns with my window due to my inability to wait longer at that time for repairs to be made. More
I am glad to have this opportunity to give give my thanks for the great service I received. Not realizing how long it would take me to arrive for my appointment, I got there close to a half hour early, but t for the great service I received. Not realizing how long it would take me to arrive for my appointment, I got there close to a half hour early, but the young man that helped me got me lined out and the car right in to be worked on. Assistant Service Manager Roger Young got me all squared away and a short time later told me the costs and how long it would take. I also had the windshield replaced so the work all together would take 3 hours. Since this day was also my anniversary, I needed to be able to shop for a present for my wife so Rodger got me a ride to the mall and had me picked up when I finished. The car drove home just fine and there is no howling back end. Thanks for a job well done and the great way it was handled. This was the second vehicle we leased through your company and in both cases we worked with Jay in finance, who was very helpful and thorough in the processing of our lease agreement. We were in and out of the dealership including the test drive and final signiture in 3 hours, a recoed for us. Derek Smith took his time to show us exactly what we were looking for in our new lease. When it came down to price and the features we were looking for in a vehicle, Derek was able to locate a vehicle that had the features we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. We purchased a used 2010 Chevy Impala from your dealership about two weeks ago. The car had approximately 14,400 miles on it and is in beautiful condition however there were some very minor dents a dealership about two weeks ago. The car had approximately 14,400 miles on it and is in beautiful condition however there were some very minor dents and rubs on the body that, as part of the purchase price, we requested to be repaired. The request was granted and after taking delivery of the vehicle repairs were scheduled, once we called and pushed a little. Unfortunately, my idea of "repaired" is that the dents be removed and the rubs smoothed out and then you repaint. Your Company's idea of "repair" is to cover them up with paint. So, we have a $22,000 car with a cheap cover up job on some minor dents that is a major disappointment. So, while we are very satisfied with the overall purchase of our car, we would caution anyone to be sure and nail down all the detail and to get everything in writing. It would save a lot of hurt feelings and disappointment. More
