I had my car in for routine maintenance. On arrival I was greeted immediately by Raul who explained everthing that would be done to my vehicle. I waited in the lounge it was clean and comfortable. Craig Hartman has been the best customer service person that I have ever dealt with. I was in a customer service industry while I was working, and would have hired Craig in a minute. Great customer service. This was my first time purchasing a new car and everyone there made shopping for and purchasing a car very enjoyable. I wanted a car with very specific features and although the exact car wasn't available, John made it happen with the after market features. When I dropped off my car to have a sunroof installed I was provided with a very nice loaner car to use. Overall the experience was very easy and pleasant. More
The Truck was going to be brought over from one of your other car lots and we assumed that the car would already be there at the lot we were buying from. We drove two cars all the way down from Prescott,A other car lots and we assumed that the car would already be there at the lot we were buying from. We drove two cars all the way down from Prescott,AZ late in the afternoon and the truck we were buying was not there. I had to go with the salesman over to the other lot to pick it up and drive back over. To make long story short, we got there about 5:00pm and didn't leave till about 9:30pm and didn't get back home till 11:30pm. The car should have been there when we got there and the deal should have been over and done with at least by 7:00pm More
I recently went with my daughter Felicia and helped her purchase the new Chevy Cruz. Your finance dept. was exceptional as my daughter traded in her PT cruiser and put $5000.00 down and he helped her finance the rest. This was her first car loan and he made the process pain free. I also send all of our company vehicles (Starrick Plumbing) to Chris along with my own vehicle for repairs. We have been doing this for several years and have had nothing but great service from you guys. Chris always makes sure we have a ride back to our shop while the work is being done and I always have a nice clean car when I pick it up. Keep up the good service and we will be back to buy more. The sales people were friendly and they helped us get the car we wanted. The price was fair and they did work with us to get the monthly payment where we wanted it. Craig was very helpful and proactive - work on vehicle was perfect - did everything exactly as I requested. Even verified with a small bottle of water whether the cup holder was re-installed properly. T was perfect - did everything exactly as I requested. Turns out the cup holder was damaged - even though it looked good, it fell off with weight applied - ordered a new one - again, free! Free shuttle service only advertised for 7 mile radius. Pro's, you gave me a lender car knowing that the service would take more than a day. The car was very nice and may consider one in the future. I give the dealership a great review in all areas! I however was not very pleased with my experience in dealing with one person and that was Craig. It could have been a bad time or an off day for him an however was not very pleased with my experience in dealing with one person and that was Craig. The problem I had was minor and fixed very quickly and I am very thankful for that. With Craig though, I felt like I was not important and that he had better things to be doing. I am a personality gal and I feel he lacked that key factor during this visit. When my car was complete I got the brush off of your car is done, a mumbled response of what was done and here's my card if you need anything.....and before I knew it he had dissappeared. Not hey why don't you test it for yourself or do you have any questions! So overall, I will just deal with another advisor in the future :) More
