My buying experience at Freeway Chevrolet was fantastic. I test drove a 2011 Camaro at a different dealership. I walked away from that dealer because we were unable to negotiate an agreeable price. I contacted a a sales person, Scott, at Freeway Chevrolet by email. I told him the maximum amount I would want to finance, as well as other items such as the value of my trade in. Scott responded promptly to my queries. After exchanging a few emails Scott assured me he could get me the deal I wanted. I drove down to the dealership that evening and bought the car. There were NO SURPRISES. Everything Scott promised he delivered. A very pleasant buying experience. More

I went to go do a truck bed liner and told them about a defect in the bumper that I had noticed. The associates stated that I had hit something with the bumper, I told them I certainly did not. They sugg defect in the bumper that I had noticed. The associates stated that I had hit something with the bumper, I told them I certainly did not. They suggested that I take it up with my insurance! There was no comprimise, no middle ground. I was very unhappy with the answer and that nothing was even offered. Update: Mr. Michael Cook has responded and stated that he will take care of my bumper. He has apologized and agreed to take care of me. I have changed my review to outstanding, as this is outstanding service in my opinion. This completely changes my opinion of this dealership and would definitely use them in the future. I will give another update as soon as the work is completed. More
I spoke to Roger about the problem with the lock in rear passenger side. He said to bring it right in. He was very polite and helpful. my husband and i, Robert dobson and jill schecher-dobson, bought a 2011 equinox from freeway chevrolet and although your highest number of 5 symbolizes that the dealership is great- i am taking this opportun bought a 2011 equinox from freeway chevrolet and although your highest number of 5 symbolizes that the dealership is great- i am taking this opportunity to tell you that this dealership in every aspect from the moment you enter the dealerships entrance, to the time you drive off the lot is so much better than even a 5. the whole atmosphere was so positive and it has been the most outstanding experience i have ever had buying a new car. everyone had a smile on their faces and our particular situation was challenging because i suffered a brain injury when hit at 100mph, hence i lost my ability to work in my profession as an R.N. this lead to us losing our home and having to claim bankruptcy. we were never looked down upon or turned away because it was very clear that Mike, Ian, Shane and Tracy Soli looked at the situation and sometimes bad things happen to good people. they treated us with the utmost respect and Tracy worked far beyond what he had to do to make the deal possible.but Tracy, mike, shane and Ian never gave up and with all involved in the purchase created a miracle and made some unbelievable sacrifices so that we could keep the car. i have to tell you that we purchased our first GM vehicle from courtesy chevrolet and it was an awful experience-and after the outstanding way freeway chevy treats their customers, they have us as customers for life. I can't say enough about how wonderful this dealership is. we are sooo completely satisfied and still astounded about how freeway chevrolet handled a very difficult deal. I went in for a routine oil change around 10am and ended up spending most of my day in the lounge area until about 2:00 after being told it would take an hour. I understand it was busy so I was patient about it nonetheless. I finally get my truck back and as I'm about to leave the back window on my Tahoe would not stay closed. I tried repeatedly to get it to stay locked but it just wouldn't. Vincent and a few other employees came over to take a look and see what the problem was. Turns out it needed a new pin and water had gotten into a part of it causing the malfunction. I really needed to leave to pick up my kids so they offered to get me a loaner Tahoe while the part was being ordered from another location, or I could take my truck and come back later or the next day to get the window fixed. I chose to take my truck in the following day due to time constraints. Vince was very apologetic about everything that was taking place and offered me a free oil change on my next visit due to having to wait nearly 4 hours. He was very helpful in trying to make the day easier in spite of all the days headaches. I brought my Tahoe back first thing the next morning and was able to get the window fixed for free which was a nice gesture. Overall it was a long day being at the dealership, but I have nothing but nice things to say about the employees that work there especially Vincent Cantarano. More
I have always have had good experiences with Freeway with purchasing our cars and with our car services. Everybody at Freeway are always helpful and friendly. When we moved to Phx we didn't have a car; so purchasing our cars and with our car services. Everybody at Freeway are always helpful and friendly.
