Fkor 20 years I have refused to go car shopping because too many salesmen trying to get your attention. John makes all kinds of promises that he can't keep. The staff (Tyler and one other salesman) calls their boss a dick in front of women customers. All they care about is getting your money and not what's at the customers best interest. WOMEN: If you have a husband, boyfriend, brother, etc, BE SURE TO TAKE THEM WITH YOU!! They think women are stupid and don't know anything. I will NEVER step foot on their lot again. If you are naive enough to purchase there, hold them to their "promises" but be warned they are all lies. More
I'm on my second avalanche and will always bring it to Freeway. My first avalanche was not purchased from Freeway but was serviced there. That's what I found in Roger Young. As a bonus, the service department at Freeway is second to none. It's a combination that can't be beat. Keep up the great work. More

Chris Scherff went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience a good one at Freeway Chevy. He gave our 5 year-old daughter something to color, snacks and a balloon. I went in with an approved loan and what my loan amount was. I also went in with a price negotiated by the bank. Mr. Banks tried to tell me that I wasn't approved only preapproved. He also kept trying to get me to give him two to three thousand dollar down payment to finalize the deal when I already had a loan and didn't need it. He was totally playing the stereotypical salesman game, including the waiting game. I will never go back to this dealership. More
Dave did a great job!I took my car in for a squeeking sound, and they repaired it, but only to find that when I went to pick it up. Dave heard the sound again as he was bringing me the car. He said that was not a good thing and called the mechanic right away. They both assured me that it would be looked into and get the sound taken care of immediately. They both did just that. I am now driving my car, squeek free. Thank you for not making me think I was crazy, hearing noises. Great service, i was very happy! More

I had had a negative experience prior to dealing with Roger. I contacted my service advisor from Saturn (now Suzuki) and told him how unhappy I was to have to take my car to Chevy and of my prior experie Roger. I contacted my service advisor from Saturn (now Suzuki) and told him how unhappy I was to have to take my car to Chevy and of my prior experience with the dealership. He suggested that I go through Roger in service. I was pleased to report that he did an excellent job at customer service and complying with my requests. For a moment I thought that I was at Saturn again. Saturn made every dealing with service a pleasure. You were treated as though you had a brain in your head and they ALWAYS went the extra mile. Once my car was at the gym (Lifetime) and I could not turn the ignition. I had a client within the hour. I called Saturn who took me to my office to see the client and then got the ignition turned and fixed by the time I could get back over there. Roger did not have to do all that but he reminded me of the type of caring and expertise that I had come to know and love at Sarturn. I was ready to write off Freeway Chevrolet but he turned it around for me and would prompt me to take my car to you for any warranty work. If I were you I would make him a manager...he was that good. More
