Hello, My name is Michael Cook. I am the General Manager here at Freeway Chevrolet. I apologize for the way you feel. We probably did not communicate properly. We did try very hard to get an approval for you, but unfortunately the bank has the final say. The good news is that we did get an approval. The bad news is that the bank required a significant downpayment and the rate was high based on your credit history. I wish that we could get everyone approved with 0 down and 0 percent interest rate. It would make my job a lot easier, but we have to go with what the banks approved. I apologize that Mike was with another customer when you came in. That often happens in the retail sales world. It is very important that we help every customer and that is why we keep a large staff.
