the overall experience was great except for when my husband called to ask if you were open the personwho answered did not identify herself as sales and wanted to take credit for part of the sale. her n husband called to ask if you were open the personwho answered did not identify herself as sales and wanted to take credit for part of the sale. her name was mary and she seems to be a bit over the top and made me feel a little uncomfortable when she would walk by where we were sitting. i have worked in sales before and in order to get part of a sale you accutaly need to do something not just tell a customer what time you open and also if you do ask a couple of questions like why are you not going to the local dealer and then feel like you own that customer and just for my saying i never talked to mary and i am the one who bought the car not my husband his name is no where on the sale. just by her actions i probably would have left and not bought the car. however cody did a great job and got me exactly what i wanted even though i was looking at something totally different. i am extreamly happy with my new tahoe. thank you More

I came in upside down in a loan wanting to trade-in and lower my payment. We worked a deal signed in finance. Tracy Soli was my guy. More money out of my own pocket is something that I just couldn't do, especially with 1500 down already and looking to better my financial situation, not come out broke. 2. A higher interest rate would have bumped my payment. This making the difference between my old and new payment smaller and not worth the trade, as I was looking to better my financial situation. So Tracy lined up a day where I was going to meet with the internet sales manager to work a better price, and then jump back to Tracy for finance again. I got in and the guy I was supposed to see wasn't in the building. So Tracy played the role of both the price guy and finance. We negotiated a better situation on the car to get me at the same payment we agreed to in the original contract. He did everything he could to make sure I was feeling good about my purchase at Freeway (my third and best purchase at freeway). Best visit to Freeway so far. I will be back. More

I contact this dealer through the website and submitted an offer of $17250 on approximately $20000 listed 2008 Chevy Truck. I received the following response as cut from the email. Josh, I want to apologize for the e-mail that was inadvertently sent to you. I was in a conversation with a co-worker about a vendor and your e-mail was in the wrong place at the wrong time. In fact, the response meant for you was a counteroffer that went to them instead. Unfortunately for me being on the internet all day and receiving dozens of e-mails per day I sometimes lose track of what is being sent out.
