I have drove ford for a long time I bought my first Ford in 1938. I am 88 I will be 89 this summer I really like my 2014 new edge. It drives great, even better than my other one. Friendly and Professional Frenchy called me to see if I would consider buying a new car since I'd had my Ford for 9 yrs. Very Professional Lee Bracy did a fantastic job fielding my questions and seeking the correct answers with documentation to back it up on issues he was not clear on rat Lee Bracy did a fantastic job fielding my questions and seeking the correct answers with documentation to back it up on issues he was not clear on rather then wing it off the cuff. He was thorough yet not at all pushy. He followed up on issues as agreed, and even once the transaction was complete, has checked in from time to time to verify things have gone well. He and Adam Tollers were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will patronize their dealership again in the future and do recommend them to others. Thanks again guys. Well done. More

Friendly, Courteous, Conscientious! Lee Bracy was absolutely great to work with. He listened to our concerns and kept us informed on inventory changes. Lee greeted us as we drove through the lot late one afternoon checking out the inventory. Because of his smile and personality that day, we looked him up when we got serious about buying. We test drove 3 different vehicles before deciding upon the 2014 Escape. We are extremely satisfied with the way Lee treated us. He's knowledgeable, confident, competent, and very friendly. He's genuinely concerned that his customers are satisfied with their whole experience at Fairway Ford Lincoln.
