After my initial phone contact with Bobby, I knew my experience would live up to the expectations set by the online reviews. When negotiating the vehicle, Bobby displayed thorough product knowledge, care for the customer and complete professionalism. Bobby introduced us to his manager, Jeremiah Hupka, who continued to make the process run smoothly. Though there were some minor hiccups at delivery, Bobby and Harry Palmer (sales manager) lived up to their high reputation and took care of everything necessary to let me leave as a happy customer. Finance Manager was Condescending! I wanted to help my daughter lease a new Jeep. She went in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and have them look at her currently leased Jeep. Then the finance manager, the salesman and my daughter called me to discuss terms. The finance manager told me he would take care of my "disposition fee". I didn't realize I had a disposition fee on the currently leased Jeep so I asked about that. He said "Did you ever lease a vehicle before"....I responded "yes, many times". And he said "And you don't know what a disposition fee is" (in a condescending way). I didn't like the way he said it....but I let it go giving him the benefit of the doubt and not wanting to over react. But later, my daughter informed me that when he said that....he also looked at his salesman and raised his arms as if to say "xxx" and rolled his eyes as if to suggest I was an idiot (by the way, I am a professional, educated, business owner....I just was unaware that I had a disposition fee at the end of the current lease). That man (his name is Harry) had the nerve to show that type of disrespect in front of my daughter. I would not do business with him if it were the last Jeep Wrangler on earth. By the way....I found a much better deal on a Jeep Wrangler elsewhere!!! More

My experience with Freehold Jeep. Went there to get a gift card for my daughter. Received a promo for Saturday 2/22. This included a gift card if you visited the dealship. Then William & Bobby changed all of that. They were so friendly & courteous.Let them know my time was limited. The last thing I wanted to do was leave with a new Jeep. Had a Silver Grand Altitude with 6,425 miles 2017 which I loved! They gave me an offer that I simply couldn't refuse.So I left with the twin to my 2017 which is what I had asked for with NAVIGATION!! For someone that gets lost frequently this is God sent as my phone GPS doesn't work 1/2 the time. Also don't want to forget the humor & kindness of a native New Yorker Edward the Financial Business Mgr. Know that car dealerships have a bad reputation but trust me when I say if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank all of you at Freehold Jeep. More
