Jeep Purchase Visited on July 22, 2020. Made the appointment with Victoria (over the phone, a real pleasant joyful women to speak with) for 2 pm to have my daughte Visited on July 22, 2020. Made the appointment with Victoria (over the phone, a real pleasant joyful women to speak with) for 2 pm to have my daughter look for her dream car . Upon arrival was greeted by "Belle" with a smile. Lumiere and Beast where out joy riding with other guest so we did not meet them. Anyways "Belle" treated my daughter like a Disney Princess and showed us some beautiful vehicles (any one of which I would have purchased on the spot at 18 if my parents had taken me). Unfortunately my daughter did not like them and showed "Belle" a photo of her dream car, a 1991 Jeep Wagoneer (I kid you not). "Belle" as the true professional she is explained to my daughter that while those are great vehicles because of their age (they have not been made since 1991) they no longer sell them that she would have to find it privately from a seller. She added that the rumor is Jeep is bringing the Wagoneer back in 2021 but that it will be their largest full size SUV and probably not a good fit for her. She then gave us copies of the window stickers of the two vehicles I would want my daughter to buy and we left. Would definitely fell comfortable buying from "Belle" and this location. Enjoyable Experience even in 100 Degree Heat ! More

My lease was up on my Nissan Maxima and I was looking for a change. One of my dream car’s is a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford it after being laid off from my job due to COVID. I a change. I researched online and found the 2020 Jeep Compass that had mainly all the features I was looking for and decided to make an appointment at Freehold Jeep. I was greeted by Harry and immediately said to him, I don’t want to waste your time, this is the car I was looking at. After talking back and forth for 10 minutes, he pulls up the Compass and I took it for a test drive. I definitely liked it, it drove very well. I was missing out on a few features that I previously had on my old car, but I tried to look past it. As I pulled back in, I see Harry coming out of what I thought was another Compass with more of the features I was looking at. It ended up being a 2020 Cherokee with everything I wanted in a car and then some. Immediately I fell in love and looked at him and said I don’t think I’ll be able to afford this. He assured me that the payments wouldn’t be far off from the Compass. I took all of a 5 minute test drive and I was sold. Harry printed out both payment options for both of the cars and they weren’t far off. After the stress of waiting to see if I was approved, he says “congratulations let’s do your paperwork.” I honestly thought I was going to cry. I was stressing tremendously about my lease coming to an end on my old car during this time, and not being able to be approved for something that I wanted. Harry took the entire situation and made it SO easy. He went above and beyond with the service even after I told him I was a brat when it comes to my cars. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and especially everyone over at Freehold Jeep that took all of the stress out of buying a car. I will definitely be back after my lease is up on my 2020 Cherokee, and hopefully it will be the Grand Cherokee next! More
