SERVICE VISIT

Car was diagnosed multiple times with repairs completed each time. Issue car was Brought in for was not fixed. Still having same issue and I am out of pocket over three thousand dollars. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with care I received. Service manager will not speak with me and gad not returned my call. Will not return to this service department and will never recommend to anyone either. More

Brought car due to warning lights coming on. First service date I was told it was my spark plugs. Spark plugs were changed and within two days same warning lights came back on. Brought car back 8 days later. Car was diagnosed and I was told that the engine needed to be broken down further investigate why warning lights were still coming on. I was also informed that I had to leave the car for at least two days. Brought car in this week, repairs were completed. Two hours after picking up car the same warning lights are on. Tried speaking to manager yesterday and again today.
