I've also never leased a vehicle and I had a lot of questions about leasing a vehicle in general. Mike and Kevin took the time to answer all my questions regarding a lease. Mike also took the time to help familiarize me with the GMC truck models and packages. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. I let them know right up front that I was looking at Fords as well as talking with another GMC dealer. In the end I leased the GMC truck from them. They gave me a more than fair deal, treated me like a customer and earned my trust. Everything we discussed was followed through with and at this point I couldn't be happier with the truck or the service they provided. More

After a breakdown on the highway my car was towed to Fred Mueller. Instead of fixing my car which had a lot of miles on it. There were very specific things I was looking for in a car and when I found Fred Mueller's site and saw the great deals they had on their site, I knew we had to get the car we got from them. When we walked in Roger greeted us and asked us if we needed any help and we told him that we had seen the car we wanted online and asked if we could test drive it. He got it ready for us and then he and Russ worked together to get the purchasing side of things going. It all went very smoothly and we were very pleased to take our car home a few days later. In 2009 my wife and I purchased our 2009 GMC from Landon and we were very happy with the service. This month we returned to Fred Mueller to work with Landon to purchase a 2014 GMC Sierra. Landon took the and we were very happy with the service. This month we returned to Fred Mueller to work with Landon to purchase a 2014 GMC Sierra. Landon took the time to find us the truck we wanted with all the accessories we wanted. I like Landon's low pressure sales technique and his excellent knowledge of the Sierra and it's options. Landon located the truck we wanted in MN. He kept us informed as to when the truck would arrive. We were very happy with the prompt delivery and Landon taking the time to show us all the options the truck offered. He took the time to set up both our cell phones with the truck's Bluetooth and explained the OnStar options the truck had. On the way home I was able to call OnStar and set up an account with them due to Landon taking the time to explain the process to us. Landon was professional and knowledgeable and we had an excellent experience with him. Kevin was very personable, professional and quite quick and efficient with all the paperwork. Mike is an excellent sales rep for the Fred Mueller dealership. My husband decided he wanted the new the GMC body style truck. He had time to view them while he was getting his 2011 GMC serviced, Mike dealership. My husband decided he wanted the new the GMC body style truck. After having major repair problems needed to be done on to my 2008 Silverado, I decided to trade my vehicle in. I took my truck to Kocourek Chevrolet to have the repairs done and that is where my truck sta to my 2008 Silverado, I decided to trade my vehicle in. Monday morning I told Kocourek that I am planning to trade my truck in but I would like to receive an appraisal first. I call Monday evening and its not done yet. Call Tuesday morning to remind them to get it done. Call at 3:30 that afternoon, still not done. Call at 5:30 that same afternoon, was told it was being done at that moment and that I would receive a phone call in 10 minutes. No phone call the rest of the day. Called Wednesday afternoon, was told the appraisal hadn't been done yet. Now I am extremely frustrated since I don't have a vehicle and have to borrow friends and family vehicles for 8 days up to this point. Was referred to Fred Mueller by my girlfriend since she had a great experience buying her last car there. Go there and meet Roger a salesman, friendliest and knowledgeable man ever. Worked beyond what he had to find me a car since the car I wanted from there sold hours before I got there. No problems. Get an appraisal on my truck within 10 minutes without it even being looked at. Quick and easy through all that now on to meet Russ the finance guy. Awesome guy with a lot of very funny and interesting stories. Financed me very quickly through a great bank that will increase my credit score in the future but also gotten for a great rate. All in all I am BEYOND PLEASED with my experience at Fred Mueller and have been referring others to go there since my purchase. I purchased my truck brand new at Kocourek through a salesman that I was high school friends with. He quit there soon after. With the purchase of my truck there and all oil changes and repair work I had spent thousands of dollars there. You would think they would treat me as a repeat customer and not just a number and a job to get done. After hearing stories from friends with bad experiences they have had there and my experience, I am surprised the General Motors doesn't do something about it!!!! Fred Mueller, WIN!!!
