First Time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Almost home, I started hearing a strange noise and then a part (plastic with the word oil drain) f I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Almost home, I started hearing a strange noise and then a part (plastic with the word oil drain) fell under my car. I called the service department and they were fully aware of the part. Somehow, it wasn't screwed on tightly so it must have fallen down through my car. I immediately went back to service and they replaced it same day. I have never experienced any thing like this before. Staff was very professional and took care of it. I love my jeep and have always been pleased with the service provided. This is my 4th jeep. I do hope the partnership with Fiat is not going to have an impact on your company. I owned a Fiat many years ago and you couldn't give my one (top of the line with all the bell and whistles). The car was horrible and their service was very poor. I normally work with Keith but he wasn't there that day. Again, this was the first time I have experienced any thing like that with your service department. More
