We had a very specific make and model of Subaru in mind - the Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium - and they had two on the lot, just as their online inventory suggested. We were able to test drive one of the cars and we loved it. We dealt the most with Tom, and he was great throughout the whole experience. The price we got was very fair, and we were extremely happy with how simple and straightforward everyone there made the process for us. We were even buying out of state, and they got everything set up for us. When I had questions about changes to the engine and things to watch for future repairs, Tom directed me to talk with Ed, who was very helpful. I was going to lease an Impreza however just before I was going to meet with the salesman he called to say the car had been sold. He found me one but it did not have all the options I wanted. We brought our Subaru in for service to Fred Beans for the first time. While we were there we made a point to speak with Dan Agee, salesman, because he came so highly recommended by one of our family me the first time. We explained that we just wanted some information for future reference and Dan met us right where we were. He was professional, informative, and a pleasure to speak with... and there was no pressure. He spent time with us and worked numbers and not once shrugged us off because we had no intention of buying that night. Lo and behold we left being owners of a new Subaru which we are very happy with. Dan went the extra mile giving us a custom fit for our needs, and for the first time made buying a car a pleasant experience. We understand why Dan Agee came so highly recommended - great guy selling a great product! This was the second time I used the internet service of Fred Beans to order a car. Calling from the bluetooth in a car is usually not very good. This car had amazing reception and ability to pick up other voices in the car so you could have a group conversation. More

I started out speaking to Caitlin and she convinced me it would be worth the time to come in and see the vehicle. She was soo nice. When I got to the dealership, I spoke to Todd and Dan. Todd went with me for the test drive and answered quite a few questions that I had. When I spoke to Dan he answered even more questions for me. Even the salesmen I didn't need to talk to were so nice, polite, and knew what they were talking about, unlike most dealerships. I noticed that quite a few dealerships that I went to, I knew more about the cars they were selling than they did. When I decided to purchase the car, I gave Todd a deposit check and told him that I needed time to get the rest of the deposit in order to purchase the car. He said he would hold the check until I let him know. It took me 2 weeks to get the money and he still had my deposit check (he hadn't cashed it). I was very surprised about that. They managed to get me financed so I could get the car (which was not an easy job). When I came in two weeks after my original visit, I met Christine and she explained all of the charges and was very informative and knew what she was doing. I got to talk to Dan and Todd again and they were both so excited for me getting my dream car. I even told them that they should share the commission with Caitlin because if it wasn't for her, I probably would never have traveled all the way up there. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. I will tell everyone I talk to how great they were and recommend them to everyone. More
I found the buying experience to be very pleasant. There was no pressure for me to purchase, nor was there any pressure during the pricing phase. As a consumer, I appreciate these things and feel more inclined to do business with this dealership as they really seem to respect the customer. From the time we enter the dealership everyone was very friendly and helpful.
