I spent many days researching online, contacting dealerships, and asking for best offer prices. I had submitted some information online at edmunds/truecar/kbb and I put my phone number in. Big Mistake. I had dealerships from all over calling over and over and over again. Fred Beans didn't harass me with calls. It was nice to be able to just email Jon and ask simple questions and get honest answers. I had never bought a brand new car before so I was a little hesitant about the whole process. I was very nervous about going onto the lot and getting pressured by the dealer. Not one time during my visit at Fred Beans and my interactions with Jonathan was I pressured once. He gave me his best price, which was an amazing one. I went in wanting to buy the Subaru Forester 2014 2.5i Base Model because I was limited financially. After being there and not being pressure to get a higher model, I actually up-sold myself and asked to see the next model up. Personally I thought the next model up, the 2.5i Premium was a better bang for your buck. You get the tinted windows, roof racks, alloy wheels, heated seats, and rear view camera. John did a great job, he was down to earth, and honestly made my first trip buying a new car an amazing experience. I would 100% suggest going to Fred Beans Subaru and asking for Jonathan to help you out when you are there. More
We went to Fred Beans Subaru to find another Subaru. I still have my old 2002 Subaru, my kid is driving it now. I found a 2008 Subaru and I fell in love with it. I never for one moment felt pressured; I was walked through the process in a manner that made me feel 100% comfortable with my purchase. As excited as I was to drive off the lot in the car of my dreams, I felt as if the sales team was even more so! I can't count the number of times I was offered a "Congratulations" from someone on the staff. They took the time to review all of the car's controls with me, even going so far as to help me set up my Bluetooth. It was clear that they wanted me to take full advantage of all of the car's capabilities. Their excitement was palpable. From the moment you walk into the dealership, you can tell that sales team genuinely believes in its inventory. These people care about what they are doing and proud of the ways their products improve the lives of their customers. I am thrilled with my car and highly satisfied with my overall experience. Terry was very informative, took plenty of time with me and my wife and went over all of the car features. After we purchased the car, he went over all of the buttons and how to set up the blue tooth etc . and my wife and went over all of the car features.
