AMAZING Customer Service! I went in to purchase a new WRX and left very disappointed. The following day it seemed like I had everybody in management trying to help me get this I went in to purchase a new WRX and left very disappointed. The following day it seemed like I had everybody in management trying to help me get this car. Tom himself called me and said he could get me to where I wanted to be and this was when I was over $120 away from my desired payment. Tom and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out!! From 'the start the women who contacted me my phone was so pleasant and kind. When I got to the dealer ship I had the pleasure of meeting Keith Butler. He was patient and very thorough explaining every detail along the way. He literally spend hours with me on my first visit. Unlike the first dealer ship I went that I spent maybe an hour there with a test drive, and was handed a printed piece of paper with a price and payment with no explanation of anything. Needless to say Keith got the sale. When I returned to pick up my car I felt so welcome even special. Anthony Colloi went over all the paperwork, he was very relaxing, and did not miss a beat, I was very at ease signing the contracts. She drives a 2010 Outback and we began getting it serviced at Fred Beans Subaru in Doylestown, since it was a few miles down the road from us. We were very impressed with the service we had received with her car and when it was time for me to buy a new car, we wanted to go with Fred Beans Subaru. We stopped in on a Saturday morning to look at cars and test drive an Outback. Keith, our salesman, took us for a test drive, and spent some time going over the car and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed or pressure to buy. So, when we made the decision to buy a new car, he made it very easy for us. Any question we may of had, he always responded in a timely manner. Keith is friendly and was very knowledgeable about the car, buy process, and always got us answers to our questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience and enjoyable for us. More
