Great sales staff, very helpful, professional, and most of all friendly! I initially "built" a sonata online to what i wanted and simply filled out a little section they had asking who i am, where im from, of all friendly! I got a phone call literally 2 minutes later from a young man named Frank Spruce. He was very knowledgeable about the brand new sonata and had me hooked over the phone, so we set up an appointment to come take a look at one in person. I came down and was greeted by my salesman , Erik Meyko, who was going to help me with everything that day. Long story short once i test drove the car i knew i wanted to get it. Erik made the whole process so easy for me, he took care of everything for me, from calling the insurance company to helping me fill out all the paperwork. The whole process went smooth as butter and, for the major purchase that it was, it was done in a reasonable time! I know i will certainly refer many more friends and family members down to work with Erik and the rest of the staff at Action Hyundai.
