They are very up front if you ask the right questions and they are not pushy at all, unlike most other dealerships. Every aspect of the service visit was designed toward making the service visit a pleasant, informed, and productive experience. Additionally, the service department was becoming more and more customer-focused, which prompted repeat visits. The service quality reached an all-time high a couple of years ago, just before the major corporate restructure. Things have changed dramatically now that this dealership is part of a mega-dealership that is multi-brand and multi-location. Now the employees behave just like employees of any large conglomerate, doing absolutely no more than what they have to do, while showing the customers as little concern as possible. Instead, the current focus is on organizational hierarchy, on job compartmentalization, and on corporate policies. In my recent visits, everyone that I came in contact with (sales and service alike) seemed to have an attitude that was somewhere between imperious, impatient, and customer-indifferent. The only exception was the cashier, who collected the customers’ money at the end of the visit, gracefully and with remarkable charm. To put things in perspective, this dealership is not the worst dealership that I have seen, although it is not the best either. It has become simply an average dealership, just like many others in this area. I will probably continue to go to this dealership, not because it is great, which it is not; but only because for the time being its location is convenient for me. More

You expect car dealers to do their utmost to cheat you but they took it to an extra level. I'm writing this review after several years of endless pestering mailings and phone calls that no amount of pleading or yelling can free me from. I will never buy a Hyundai again due to the customer service of this dealership despite being happy with the car. More

You come in for service and they practically BEG AND GROVEL for you to trade your vehicle in because its low mileage and they "just bought another Hyundai dealer and need inventory for the preowned department." Theyll give you "a ton of money" for your trade and a "Great deal" on a leftover. Commercial advertises 15,000 off leftovers... You're lucky if you get $1,500 off. The trade value is no more than any other dealer has offered. BEWARE!!!! They tack additional crap on their window stickers and say it comes with the car. IT's all additional stuff (prepaid maintenance, 3M Clearcoat sealant and interior protectant, key replacement, tire & wheel packages)... its all a bunch of crap. And then they email you constantly for weeks after you decline the offer continuing to beg. I have bought n sold more cars than most people own in a lifetime at the age of 32, and I would never go back there. More
