We had visited several other nearby dealerships and got here just about a half-hour before closing time. By this time, we were pretty sick of car-dealerships in general, but our experience with our agent, Matt Dambach, was exceptional enough that it actually made our visit a lot of fun. Matt is young, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We were interested in two cars: the Mazda3 and the Hyundai Sonata. It was a rainy, windy day outside, and by this time, it was already past closing-time, but Matt found us our cars from inside the garage, and gave us a very good sense of the special features in each of these cars. He also complied with my request to test-drive both of these cars and accompanied us both times, taking us on bumpy, curvy roads at our request. Driving both these cars on the same road really helped us decide which one we wanted, and we were very grateful that he acceded to our request, especially considering it was almost an hour and a half past closing time by then. After all this, I don't blame him for trying to get us to put money down for one of these cars before we left (we didn't because we also have other good options); I guess he was just doing his job. But overall, my experience here was very positive, and it was primarily because of Matt. More

He was calm, polite, nice, and answered questions without trying to sell me, but rather explained all the great features of the car. I liked his approach and I truly love the car. My mom is thinking of getting a Hyundai within the next few months and I will bring her to this dealership if she decides she does want one. More

Yes, it states in small print that there is a prep charge of $1595.00, however the price of car was negotiated based on the bottom number. This price was agreed and scribbled on a blank piece of paper, no buyer agreement, no copy. Was going to pay cash, they asked me to finance so they could make more money on the deal, which was agreed to. Waited over an hour until the paperwork was ready. Refused to sign or go over anything until I saw sales contract. Tax included in sales price along with the prep fee, tax also charged on bottom. Received a couple follow up calls begging me to come back in. Will never ever step foot in their door again and will steer friend away from this dealership. What a waste of my time. Small items ignored after the sale. Two small items were not addressed after the sale was completed. For some inexplicicable reason, the car did not have the carpeted floor mats. These had to be ordered and there was confusion about when they arrived in the parts department. Not sure why a car on the showroom floor was missing it's mats. Also promised with the purchase was mud guards. They were in the Parts Department but couldn't be installed for several weeks. It seemed that the satisfaction of the customer, even for promised items, changed dramatically after the sale was completed. More
